Thermoforming packaging machine is also known as roll stock packaging machine. stretch film vacuum packaging machine, or in short: thermoformers. Horizontal automatic packing machines characterised by package formation within the machine using two film coils(forming/under film, sealing/upper film) normally made of different material. 1)The mold is of more reasonable design -upper and lower part is separated , high strength , corrosion resistance and convenient for assembly and disassembly.
2) Pcking machine frame is of aluminum alloy seactions ,one-step molding with high strength , corrosion resistance and seldom deformation .
3) Waste recycling system is equipped with torque adjustable motor , the scrap recycling process is more cleaner quieter and convenient.
4) The machine is equipped with electric protection to prevent default/anti phase , high/low voltage or electric leakage .Safety switch and protection cover are installed in molding chamber ,heat sealing chamber and cross /longitudinal cutting knife ,if there's any fault , the machine will be stopped automatically and the fault reason would be displayed.
