Autoclave is the most direct and basic sterilization method.The steam diffusion tube in the sterilization pot runs through the whole tenth direction of the sterilizer.

The Automatic Plastic Package Milk Steam Retort Autoclave ensures safe long-term storage of milk, juice, and liquid food products in plastic bottles and pouches. Using precise steam heating (121-135°C) and pressure control (1-2 bar), it achieves commercial sterility while preserving nutritional value (Vitamin C retention ≥90%). The 1500mm diameter chamber processes up to 4000 units (500ml bottles) per cycle, ideal for dairy and beverage manufacturers.


Features


Steam-Jacketed Sterilization: Uniform heat distribution (±0.5°C) via overhead steam nozzles and perforated floor, eliminating cold spots in rectangular pouches and curved bottles.

Pressure-Controlled Cooling: Gradual cooling (1-2°C/min) with filtered air pressure (1.5bar) prevents package deformation, compatible with PE, PP, and multilayer co-extruded films.

Multi-Package Compatibility: Adjustable trolley grids accommodate bottles (50-500ml), stand-up pouches (100-1000ml), and gable-top cartons (up to 200mm height).

Data Integrity System: PLC records sterilization parameters (time, temperature, pressure) for 5 years, with automatic PDF reports compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

Dairy Products: Sterilizes UHT milk, flavored yogurts, and creamers in plastic bottles, extending shelf life to 6-12 months at ambient temperature.

Beverage Industry: Processes juices, sports drinks, and liquid supplements in PET bottles, meeting NFC (Not From Concentrate) quality standards.

Convenience Foods: Sterilizes liquid soups, broths, and marinades in retortable pouches, compatible with downstream labeling and cartoning systems.
