The Industrial Food Sterilizer Autoclave (also called Steam Retort Sterilizer) is a high-performance equipment designed for sterilizing canned foods (glass jars, tin cans), flexible packaging, and heat-resistant products. Compliant with FDA standards and ASME certification, it uses liquid flow switching technology to ensure uniform temperature distribution inside the retort. Pre-heated hot water in a dedicated tank enables fast temperature rise, and the water is recycled post-sterilization for energy savings. With high-temperature short-time (HTST) sterilization, it eliminates bacteria, molds, and microorganisms while preserving food nutrition, flavor, and shelf life—critical for food safety and marketability.
