Dual-Media Peeling:

Abrasive Drum: Tungsten carbide-coated drum (600rpm) removes tough skins (cassava, yam) with 1mm grit size.

Water Jet Nozzles: 80kPa jets flush away peel debris, with adjustable angles targeting concave areas (e.g., ginger nodes, carrot grooves).

Variable Speed Control: Drum speed (400-800rpm) and water pressure (50-150kPa) adjustable via HMI, optimizing for soft (carrots) vs. hard (cassava) produce.

Gentle Handling Design: Rubber-lined feed hopper prevents bruising, while the spiral conveyor (pitch 100mm) ensures uniform rotation for complete peel removal.
